Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests made after this time will not be accepted. However, your order can be returned after receipt for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Please note, we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due to high demand, it may take 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

What happens if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

Will I be charged customs fees or taxes?
The prices displayed on our website are in Swiss Francs, excluding taxes. However, you may be required to pay customs fees, import taxes, and similar charges when your order arrives at its destination. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.

What if the items I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you received the wrong, defective, or damaged item, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photos of the items, and any relevant information. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request. If you have not received your refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
